The HGO Guild proudly underwrites the spring production by the Houston Grand Opera at the Miller Outdoor Theatre, and the Guild has planned an event for members to make a night of it!
Join friends and other Guild members for dinner at 1701 Hermann Dr. before the Friday evening performance of Hansel and Gretel. Our meeting room is within walking distance of Miller Outdoor Theatre, and in addition to dinner, a ticket for the covered amphitheater in Hermann Park will be provided.
Adult dinner: $10 per dinner for Guild member, $15 for non-member (Choice of Chicken Salad Sandwich*, Ham Sandwich*, or Cobb Salad*)
Child Dinner: $7.50 (Chicken Tenders)

*Ingredients in Adult Dinner Choices:
Chicken Salad Sandwich: whole chicken breast, diced celery, mayo, celery seed, celery salt, white pepper, diced red onion, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce
Ham Sandwich: Boar's Head Ham, Boars' Head Swiss Cheese, lettuce, tomatoes. Mayo/Mustard - in packets in the boxed lunch
Cobb Salad: romaine and iceberg lettuce, smoked turkey (or grilled chicken), white cheddar cheese, corn, diced red bell pepper, celery, red onion, boiled egg. Dressing for Cobb Salad (on the side): cranberry sauce, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, black pepper, olive oil
